Group Classes (Multi Level)

Monday

10.00 -11.00am Trinity Methodist Church Hall, Shifnal
6.00 – 7.00pm Phoenix Sports Centre, Telford Langley School, Dawley

Tuesday

7.00 – 8.00pm Kemberton Village Hall

Price:

£8 per class pay-as-you-go

Please bring a non-slip exercise mat to lie on and a towel to fold and use as a pillow.

Personal Training

Personal training is usually conducted at my Shifnal address, or at your home or in the workplace as agreed.

Introductory 1-2-1 £35 (45 mins)

Learn the fundamental principles of the Pilates technique including posture and alignment, thoracic breathing and core activation.  This is an ideal session to gain an understanding of the Pilates technique and build confidence prior to joining a group class.

1-2-1 Session £40 (1 hour)

An individual session to enhance or progress your Pilates practice.

Duet Session £30 per person (1 hour)

A cost-effective way of receiving more individual attention by training with a friend, work colleague or family member of a similar ability.

Starter Package (£70)

1 x Introductory 1-2-1 session (45 mins)
1 x 1-2-1 Personal Training session (1 hour)
2 x Group matwork class (1 hour x 2)

Exercise for Low Back Pain Management

First consultation/assessment £45 (1¼ hours). Follow-on sessions £40 (1 hour)
A comprehensive assessment will be conducted. The results will be discussed to provide information on the likely reasons for ongoing low back pain problems and the areas that need to be addressed. An exercise programme will be developed aimed at overcoming the imbalances which lead to stress on the body’s structure. This will also assist in preventing recurrences of low back pain episodes
