With over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry I now specialise in the Bowen Technique and Pilates. Whilst the first is a hands-on remedial therapy and the second an exercise method both techniques help balance the body. That might be relieving pain and discomfort or increasing core stability and flexibility; improving health, wellbeing and quality of life.
